Our society is a community driven, support oriented society, without any public funding. Our mission is to encourage and ensure that children have a meaningful relationship with both parents after separation or divorce.

We are actively involved in our community through advocacy and delivery of our message to local government and service providers. To raise awareness about the issues that non-custodial fathers face and the urgent need for funding for specific father friendly services.

We endeavour to help and provide the following services to our members:
-Group support, validation and individual support.
-Education about PAS and Family Maintenance Enforcement issues.
-Education about court process, replying and file management.
-Parenting plans, encouragement of mediation rather than litigation.
-To help fathers heal from emotional, mental and physical health deterioration.
-To empower fathers to create positive personal and social change.

Objectives:
1. To help fathers acquire equal opportunities in gaining custodial care of their children.
2. To organize and implement political action so current and future fathers receive equal treatment from the law.
3. To educate the public about the importance of fathers to children.
4. To advocate the principle of equal rights and responsibilities in parenting.
5. To provide a forum for mutual and safe support of fathers during and after dissolution of a relationship.

• To educate the leaders of our governments, policy makers and the media that true equality in all areas of family law is the only sure way to effectively benefit all involved in the "best interest of the children".
• To educate the general public and encourage them to take positive action, however small, to effect our mission statement. We believe that the vast majority of citizens are negatively affected in one way or another by the dysfunctional family law system.
• To support and encourage individuals actively in other parts of the Province to from like-minded groups and join our coalition.
• To support parents (and grandparents) who have been trapped in a legal system that seems to have been developed by the lawyers and for the lawyers and who pay little attention to the children.

Children benefit immensely having a Dad who realizes the positive impact he can have on his children.

Our purpose is to enrich children's lives by supporting and providing information about fatherhood to Dads.  We will be offering a variety of services designed to help men in their parenting role, co-parenting from a male perspective as well as non-custodial parent issues and family breakdown.

Children thrive when they have a healthy, nurturing relationship with both parents and need to be free from the storm of their parent's relationship breakdown if that happens.  
If a child's parents are capable of responding to the issues at hand rather than reacting in anger and frustration, ultimately the child wins.

The most significant influence we would like to have, is to help children in families who are struggling with a family breakdown by providing support to their dads.
